Shipping safety

Restricted or prohibited items.

Know what can travel before you place an order. Rules protect customers, carriers and every person who handles a parcel.

Before you buy

What goods can be forwarded?

Most ordinary consumer goods can be considered for forwarding, provided they comply with export, import, customs and carrier rules.

When an item's status is unclear, contact us before ordering. Acceptance at a store does not guarantee that an item can travel internationally.
